Freedom of Information Act

The public can request information by sending a formal written request to the University of Chicago Charter School FOIA Officer at the following address:

All requests will receive response in 5 business days. If more time is needed to respond, the FOIA Officer will inform the requestor of the additional time needed.

A fee of $0.15 per page will be assessed to responses that are more than 50 pages in length. The FOIA Officer will inform requestor of any fees before response.
